Stummel Condition
Bowl shows good straight grain throughout most surfaces, minor dings and handling marks on the stummel but no major damage. Rim appears intact with no burns or chips. Finish is well-preserved with attractive flame patterns visible. Small stampings are clear: "GBD" oval and "Standard" script visible on shank.
Stem Condition
Black vulcanite stem shows moderate oxidation throughout, giving it a brownish-green patina. Tooth marks and light chatter visible on bit. GBD logo medallion on stem is intact and clear. No major bite-through or structural damage, but oxidation is readily apparent.
